  • Before Work Begins:
    If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees.
  • After Work Has Begun:
    Once work is underway, cancellations are possible, but a prorated amount will be retained to cover completed work, planning, and administrative costs.
  • Ongoing Monthly Services:
    For subscription-based or ongoing services, you may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was paid for but never delivered due to our oversight.
  • A technical or administrative error led to an incorrect charge.
  • A mutually agreed termination occurs before full delivery, and both parties approve a prorated refund in writing.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after work has started.
  • Failure to provide necessary information, access, or approvals on time.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (e.g., personal preference in design), provided work met the agreed scope and professional standards.

4. Timelines for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.


5. Force Majeure

If services are delayed or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, global emergencies), no automatic refunds will apply, but timelines may be adjusted.
