Revisions Policy

1. Scope of Revisions
- Revisions are adjustments or refinements to the deliverables that stay within the original project scope agreed upon at the start of the subscription cycle.
- Any changes that alter the original brief, strategy, or scope will be considered new requests and may require additional fees or adjustments to your subscription plan.
2. Number of Revisions
- For monthly subscription services, we offer unlimited minor revisions within the current billing cycle for work delivered during that cycle.
- Major revisions (involving significant redesign, change of direction, or new strategic requirements) are limited to 1 major revision per deliverable per cycle.
3. Revision Request Process
- All revision requests must be submitted in writing (via email or our client portal) within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable.
- Please provide clear, consolidated feedback to avoid delays and ensure an efficient workflow.
4. Turnaround Time
- Minor revisions will typically be completed within 1–3 business days.
- Major revisions may require additional time depending on complexity and will be scheduled accordingly.
5. Out-of-Scope Revisions
- Requests that fall outside the agreed-upon deliverables for your monthly plan will be quoted separately.
- Examples include:
- New campaigns not included in your plan
- Completely new creative concepts unrelated to the original brief
- Platform expansion beyond what was initially agreed
 
6. Subscription Cycle Policy
- Revision requests must be made within the same billing cycle in which the work was delivered.
- Once a cycle ends, pending revision requests for that cycle will no longer be eligible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
