5. Duration

The confidentiality obligations outlined in this Policy remain in effect during the term of our engagement with any client, partner, or employee and continue indefinitely even after the conclusion of our work together.

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate termination of contracts or engagements
  • Legal action to protect confidential information
  • Liability for any damages arising from unauthorized disclosure
